Comes in non-original packaging.  This illuminator is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor residues from prior use.  There are some flaws in the coating or dirt on it, on the mirror, which don't appear when focusing on something through the box; but you can see them when focusing only on the mirror.

Notes: When we applied 24VDC, a bright blue light shone from the illuminator.  No other testing was done.
