Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This lot is in fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs/scratches/stains and adhesive label residues from prior use, and some big pieces of tape outside.  There are no feet - the black plastic feet melted and left little stains behind, but we cleaned most of that off.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This unit powers on and gives the display shown in the first picture, flashing continuously.  We pressed buttons and the displays stabilized and responded to button presses.  This came to us in a lot of faulty test equipment, and we are unable to test.  We assume it is not working properly.  No other testing was done.
