Condition: Used. Comes in non original packaging. The hoist has some wear and tear from previous use. The hoist has some paint chips, and the chains have some rust residue. On the hoist there is a broken chain guide as shown in photos. The hoist overall is in good condition. Cosmetics may differ slightly from pictures. Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).
Notes: Testing included lifting the hoist with a forklift, and adding an 80 pound weight on the end of the lift chain hook. (Forklift and weight not included) The hand chain smoothly lifted and descended the weight with no issues. Gears appear to be in good working order. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Warranty Information
30-Day Guarantee
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
- Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Shipping and Responsibility
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
- Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
