Condition: Used. This conveyor is in Fair cosmetic condition with lots of signs of wear from prior use.  This was used in a pillow factory and there is pillow fluff waiting to be discovered in some of the nooks and crannies.  The belt has some stains and rub marks.  The frame appears to have been shortened, and the joint of the steel is not smooth or flat.  Also, the length of the frame is not the same from side to side.  The prior owner was content to let the belt be guided by the end bearing mounts; we moved the belt over using the tracking adjustments but you may need to fine-tune tracking at your facility.  The drive-end bearings are self-adjusting so it doesn't affect operation, but the bearing mounts are not straight.  One of the drive-end bearing housings has no grease fitting.  Sorry, without a model number, we are not able to provide detailed specifications on this unit!

Notes: This conveyor is in Good working condition.  When we first powered on, it had been off long enough to prompt us to go through the drive's setup menus at first.  Once we got it running, adjustment was as easy as pushing the up/down arrow keys to change speed.  The slowest speed the belt will move, causes tiny jogs instead of continuous motion; it isn't smoothly running until a setting of 1Hz, which is still several seconds per inch.  Note that sometimes, when moving right to left, depending on speed, there could be a squeak from the drive end bearings.  No other testing was done.
