This Circuit Breaker is in Excellent cosmetic condition with the exception of some small mounting marks on the bolt-on tabs and some small scuffs from handling.  It was installed in a panel with the intention of having it wired up but never was, and has never been under an electrical load.  The Lug bolts have not been opened and have never received power wires.  Comes in non-original packaging.
