Comes in non-original packaging.  This illuminator is in good cosmetic condition, with minor scuffs/scratches here and there.  The illuminated area has some funny business going on under the surface, it looks like a protective film is a little loose but we didn't see an edge to the film; at any rate it doesn't affect light output.
