Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This meter is in fair overall cosmetic condition, except for minor scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use.  Someone has scratched "West Wing Analyzer #2" in the paint on top just behind the front bumper.

Notes: This meter is in good working condition.  Readings from the front and rear inputs on the DC Volts, AC Volts, DC current, AC current, frequency, 4-wire and 2-wire Ohms settings were close to the readings we would get on our reference meter.  Self tests came back "PASS".  The display is nice and bright on all segments.  No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
