Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This came to us with a "REPAIR" note, and the power button wouldn't rebound when pressed, and there was rattly plastic noise from inside.  We opened the case and a bunch of tiny bits of plastic fell out, which were broken-off parts of internal clips to hold the cover around the periphery of the front panel.  We found the front panel circuit board was loose, having been pushed past/off its little plastic clips on top and bottom.  Some of those clips look worn-down now, but we pushed pretty firmly, and the front panel board stays in place, so we are confident it will continue to work.  One side of the rear panel bracket is cracked.  There are also minor scuffs/scratches/residues here and there from prior use.  There are no feet, bumpers, rack mounting tabs, or handles included in this sale.

Notes: This counter is in good working condition as far as we can test.  Both channels gave good measurements from 10Hz (the limit of our generator) to over 225MHz.    We were able to make ratio, timing, and voltage measurements without difficulty.  Power-on and Utility Menu self-tests all give a PASS result.  The display is bright and clear on all segments, and all indicators light up.  The fan is very quiet but there is also a small 60Hz hum from inside.  We are not able to test IEEE-488 or RS-232 interfaces.
