Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This scope is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use. There are a few scuffs and scratches here and there, nothing major, mostly on the "bottom" when it is resting with the handle facing up.

This came to us with a note from the previous owner, "Win XP Scope DO NOT Deploy!" The Tektronix calibration sticker is from 2020. The Calibration Status in the scope says "Calibrated".

Notes: This scope is in MOSTLY-working condition. The CMOS battery is dead, which prevents the unit from loading windows. A keyboard must be used to get past the "F1 to continue or DEL to enter SETUP" screen, and reset the date if the unit is unplugged. This is less inconvenient that it might sound, however: You also need a keyboard and mouse to operate everything but the most basic oscilloscope controls, on this type of oscilloscope. Once the scope boots, it is able to display signals to 8GHz on each channel, as well as display 8GHz on all channels simultaneously, and even AutoScale on all four channels up to 6GHz. Using the same cable with the same signal on each channel individually, vertical measurements of waveforms are close to each other, but not exact (within a few %). This unit probably should be recalibrated. At high frequencies, the signals displayed onscreen are a little unsteady (look at the QuickMeas+ readout and shaky signal on an 8GHz waveform in the photos). The display is clear and bright. Keyboard tests pass. Self-tests pass. The LEDs all light up, but they light up surprisingly dimly. The optical drive works. No other testing was done.

Return Authorization

- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
