Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This scope is in Fair cosmetic condition with some blemishes from prior use. There are a few small, heavy scratches on the display; the worst is near the left side, by some scratches on the front of the frame, see photo #6 top/right. There are several corners with scuffs from bumping or rubbing hard. The back of the top by the power input has a big dent.

This came to us with a REJECTED sticker from a calibration lab, stating they "Could not calibrate due to being non-operational." The sticker on the front from Tektronix calibration in 2021 reads "Ch2 fails trigger hysteresis all else cal'd" The Calibration Status in the scope says "Uncalibrated" and "Failed" on Channel 2 trigger status.

Notes: This scope is in PARTIAL working condition. The CMOS battery is dead, which prevents the unit from loading windows. A keyboard must be used to get past the "F1 to continue or DEL to enter SETUP" screen, and reset the date if the unit is unplugged. Once the scope boots, it is able to display signals to 12GHz on each channel, as well as AutoScale on all four channels up to 6GHz. Using the same cable with the same signal on each channel individually, vertical measurements of waveforms were dramatically different at higher frequency. At 3GHz the measurements were within about 5% of each other. Measurements varied by up to 20% at 12GHz! This unit needs calibration, at least, if not some kind of repair. Although each channel was able to display signals at 12GHz, no channels are able to autoscale and find a signal at 12GHz, they must be tuned manually there. The display is clear and bright, and the touch screen works. Keyboard tests pass. Self-tests pass. The LEDs all light up, but they light up surprisingly dim. No other testing was done.

Return Authorization

- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
