Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This BERT is in Fair cosmetic condition with blemishes from prior use. There are HEAVY dents on top, as well as scuffs/scratches and adhesive label residues from prior use. There are a couple of scratches on the touch screen. One of the knobs on the front panel is a little torn. This BERT came to us with a note from the previous owner, "Could not calibrate from Keysight, returned un-serviced".

Notes: This system is in at-least-PARTIAL working condition. We are not experts in the use of this equipment and are not able to perform full tests. The tester powered on and loaded Windows, and started trying to load the BERT software, but failed with an error message saying to try again to start it manually. We started the software from Windows' start menu and it succeeded. An error dialog appeared and kept adding items, and it would keep coming back up again if closed. The BERT passes its self-tests. The touch screen works and the fans run. No other testing was done.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
