Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in Fair cosmetic condition with mostly minor scuffs/scratches from prior use. There is a dent in the top panel behind the controls over the HP-IB interface connector. The sheet metal behind the plastic front cover around the power switch is bent; the plastic has broken anchor posts that formerly held it to the steel, and the front panel is cracked in the middle. Images showing the unit being tested are not of this unit, we have several and they all got the same testing.

Notes: We gave this supply a quick test and found it easily gives full rated current and voltage. We are not equipped to test 100A at 6V, but we got 100A at 0.1V with a piece of fat wire as a load, and 60A at 6V using our electronic load. Dials responded as expected in coarse and fine mode, the output on/off and limit switches worked as expected. Voltage and current limited operation worked well. Fans increased speed with increasing load. The displays are bright and clear. No other testing was done.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
