Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in Fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use. The worst are on top, with dings/scuffs/scratches on top of the front/top plastic bezel, and the paint on top is uneven, with stains and blotches in the middle.  The knobs are not original, and they wobble a little as they are turned. The plastic covers on the ends of the carry handles are all either cracking or missing. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This supply is in Good working condition with one caveat: the displays are unstable. Our bench meter said the voltage was steady while the supply said the voltage was fluctuating several millivolts. Our load said the current output was steady but the supply indicated fluctuations in the 3rd significant digit of +/-2.  Controls respond to user inputs as expected, the display is easy to read. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
