This pelican head grater is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches from regular commercial use.  After reviewing the Alfa catalog, we believe this is a GS-12 Grater-Shredder.  The Alfa VS-888 which includes the housing and pusher plate is the foundation for making a GS-12 Grater/Shredder.

Notes: We confirmed that the pusher plate actuates back and forth smoothly and that the disc holder and the disc fit within the hopper.  No additional testing was performed.
