Condition: Used. This device box, receptacle, and face plate are in good/fair cosmetic condition with scuffs, scratches, and dings from regular industrial use.  There is no manufacturer mark or model number on the device box, and no model number on the face plate or the receptacle.  We have a number of these in our inventory and each one has a different configuration of white permanent tape with identification information typed on it located on the front of the face plate.  When the tape is removed it leaves behind a white residue.  Additionally, each box has some writing in permanent ink on the side of the device box enclosure.  All of the connecting brackets and screws are included for reassembly. Comes in non-original packaging.
