Condition: Used. This device box, receptacle, and face plate are in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches from regular industrial use and come in non-original packaging.  This assembly was originally connected to electrical whips that were removed.  All of the connecting brackets and screws are included for reassembly.  The receptacle model number was derived from reviewing the Hubbel catalog and is not present on the receptacle itself.  There is no manufacturer or model mark on the device box.
