Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This analyzer is in fair cosmetic condition. Someone wrote "DEAD" on top, in permanent marker. Rumors of this unit's demise were greatly exaggerated, as it seems to be mostly working. There are stripes across the case that may be from old tape that was removed and left discoloration. There are minor scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use including a few spots that are scratched to the metal of the case. The display has lots of tiny dots that don't clean off, but also don't interfere with viewing the screen when the instrument is in use.

Notes: This analyzer is in PARTIAL working condition. It fails a self-test, but seems to work as a spectrum analyzer anyway. The real-time clock is wrong. We were able to view signals from 9kHz to 12.7GHz (the limit of our generator). We saw signals from +10 to -80 dBm. We were a little surprised that the system is laggy, sometimes taking several seconds to respond to button presses when changing settings. The display is a little yellow but still usably bright. All the buttons and the dial work. No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS.

Final Sale – No Returns

Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
