Condition: Used. This chamber is in Fair cosmetic condition, with lots of scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use. There are stubborn adhesive tape/label residues inside by the shelf brackets, as well as various places outside. There are lots of places where the paint is missing, with minor "surface" rust showing. The dial on the thermostat is a little crooked (clockwise).

Notes: This chamber is in Mostly-working condition. We found it is able to heat to full temperature, but can't test low temperature operation. We do not have CO2, so we used compressed air to verify the cooling valve admits a small amount of fluid when cooling is called for. The scale on the thermostat control is not well-calibrated. When we set 70º, our thermometer said the chamber stabilized around 79º. When we set 100º, it stabilized around 118º. When we set 220º and turned the failsafe to maximum, the oven got to 238º before the failsafe switched off the heater. The hours meter incremented up during testing. There was a mild odor at high temperatures. The door latch closes securely. No other testing was done.

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
