Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This power supply is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of scuffs/scratches from installation & removal.  Output screws do not match each other.  The unit you receive may have the factory seal broken, and a handwritten "repaired" on the side.
Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).

Notes: This supply is in good working condition, except that the fan is very noisy.  We tested voltage output with no current load.  The outputs give correct voltages, except that V4 and V5 are not the same voltage: V4 is about a volt and a half over V5, and the adjustment moves both output levels so they are never the same.   The DC and AC OK lights both came on solid green.  No other testing was done.
