Condition: Used. This Drop Safe is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs, scratches, and wear from regular commercial use. There is some rusting on the top of the safe (see photos). 2 Keys Included. CSS Configuration and PIN Code Reports from 2010 included.

Notes: We attached a power cable to this Drop Safe and observed the green power light on the front of the safe turn on. We utilized the included keys to open and close both the top and bottom safe compartments and the hinges and locks worked smoothly as designed. The Cashflow heads can be removed easily and when reseated the system mechanically locks in and the green blinking indicator light shows that the head is locked in. If you mis-seat the head a yellow indicator light shows you that the head is NOT locked in. We did not test any of the connection ports though this safe was working when pulled from a local business. The heads would not receive a bill we believe due to the fact that the safe is not connected to a proper network. There are two paper reports included with the safe from 2010. One of them is a CSS Configuration report ad the other is a PIN Code report. No additional testing was performed.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30 Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
