Condition: Used. This system was billed to us as "new" but it has minor residues in one tank and the plumbing in the back. The counter says it worked five pieces, but the previous owner may have reset this. All over, there are light scuffs/scratches on the exterior panels but the insides look pretty clean. The mechanical bits we would expect to see dirty grease and wear on a used machine look pretty. If this was used, it was not used very much. They took a pump out for another machine, and a spare is included in this lot. There may be some minor plumbing or hardware missing, but this should be a complete system. Several of the lift-out door panels have broken handle loops. Several of the door panels have broken top retaining ribs.

Notes: We are not able to give a full functional check, but we applied power to see what would happen. With no water in the tanks, the machine gave us a low-level warning on tanks B and D, and it refused to start anything moving. At boot time, it gave indications the computer's battery is dead but still booted up. The stack towers' red lights flashed in time to the sound of an audible alarm. The control panel was bright and clear, nicer than it looks in the pictures. The touch screen worked as expected. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

30 Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
