Condition: Used. This lot is in Fair cosmetic condition. Everything is a bit rusty-and-crusty from use.  There is surface rust all over the metal parts. All labels are worn and faded and unable to be deciphered.  The hose has some cracking if you bend it very hard. The central fitting has an extra-large amount of rusty crusty stuff, so you will probably want to change the fittings.  The nylon straps have a spot near one end that is badly damaged. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: The hose reel extends with normal clack-clack noises, smooth and easy. Automatic retraction works as expected.  While we were testing that, water started dripping from the quick release fitting, suggesting lots of water may remain in the hose.  The cart works fine, except that the latches are not as easy to operate as one might hope.  No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
