Condition: Used. This system is in fair cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use. The worst is some staining on the pedestal base. The previous owner had a tag on this machine, "Out of Service 17 May 2017 See Robert". We don't know who Robert is and we don't see him anywhere.

Notes: This system is in at-least-partial working condition. We are not able to connect this to any of our computers, and we were not able to get the printer to print anything. We confirmed the Blower runs, and pressing the button to run a Single Cycle gave us an inflated bag, sealed well on both ends. The touch screen and controls on the pendant responded to user inputs as expected. Because we don't know how to operate this machine, we were not surprised to encounter various errors like a jam in the bagging area, the pendant saying 'waiting for data' and 'perf. not found'. There is a bright triangle on the top/right of the main display screen. The air regulator leaks from the bottom of the filter bowl. If any passwords are required, we do not have them. No other testing was done.

Warranty Information

30-Day Guarantee

Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.
- Return shipping costs.
- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be provided at Dougdeals’ discretion instead of a refund.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
There is no restocking fee, but Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for altered or damaged items.
Items returned due to seller error that are found to be accurately described will have return shipping deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping and Responsibility

International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Any damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the buyer assuming responsibility for damage claims.
Dougdeals is not liable for loss or damage during transit via buyer-arranged shipping services.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
