Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This robot is in Fair cosmetic condition. There are scuffs/scratches/stains and water marks from prior use here and there all over. The front housing/sensor mounting area is missing its mounting screws so the enclosure is just sitting on there loose. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This system is NOT working properly. It powers on and the lights on the front and side have a lovely slow pulsating action, and the display says the system is updating its software . . . but it never does. We contacted Avidbots and they got as far as telling us this is an unusual problem and it's on their end, and then they stopped responding. That's why we are selling this unit for parts or as a unit to be repaired. The touch screen works. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Warranty Information

- Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Requests

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
- Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
