Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This item is in Fair cosmetic condition, and visibly incomplete. There is a missing safety cover on the working area, and the interlock has been bypassed with a little taped-on fixture. There are several missing parts (we are not sure what, exactly) in the working area. There are lots of scuffs/scratches all over the place, and some light oil residues inside. Someone added a large heat exchanger, and mounted it under the top inside, with hose barbs extending to the right side of the machine. All around the top of the working area are a series of holes for mounting the safety cover. There is a missing screw for the top cover. There are several holes all over, with unknown functions. The main power input switch is missing its operator but can still be turned.

Please NOTE: There is a chart on the control panel giving hydraulic-to-process pressure readings, which stops at 1400/30000 PSI. The hydraulic unit can give up to 2400PSI, so we're not sure what exact maximum process pressure this unit can give.

Notes: This homogenizer is in PARTIAL working condition. At power-on, it gives an alarm (shown) about a pressure sensor. The error can be ignored, and the machine can run a cycle by pressing the appropriate buttons. The back-pressure indication always stays at the shown 33600 PSI. Temperature readings shoot up and down during a cycle. With the cover removed, a bypass fixture (taped in place) allows a cycle to run. The hydraulic power unit works well, and builds pressure to just over 2400PSI. The pistons go through their extend/retract action, as can be seen through holes in the press units. The power main switch can be operated with a pliers, and still works normally. The emergency stop switch works. No other testing was done.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
