Condition: Used. This Audiometer is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from regular use.  The Lid/Cover is missing and not included.  There are no headphones or documentation included.  The Patient Response button is included.  Comes in non-original packaging.

Notes: We powered on this Audiometer and plugged in a pair of headphones we had in our shop.  We were able to manipulate the dB setting on every frequency to deliver an audible sound.  The power indicator light, tone light, and patient response indicator lights all worked as designed.  No additional testing was performed.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
