Condition: Used. These Ovens are in good cosmetic condition with scuffs, scratches, and some general wear from regular commercial use.  Comes in non-original packaging.

Notes: We confirmed that the doors open and close as designed and that the racks are mechanically functional within the oven.  We then supplied power, turned both ovens to 250 degrees f, and allowed the oven to cycle up to that heat.  We confirmed that heat with a thermocouple within 10 degrees.  We then turned the thermostat up to 500 and allowed the oven to cycle to that temperature which was also confirmed via our thermocouple within 10 degrees.  We successfully ran the fans for each oven on low, high, and off by actuating the fan speed switch.  We set both timers for 5 minutes and allowed them to count down until the audible timer signal sounded with volume.  Finally, we were able to turn each oven on and off using the on/off switch.  There is a red manual/auto switch on the front of each oven and we are unsure of how it is to be used.
