NOTE:  This item is being sold AS-IS/Repair.  It is leaking around the inner flange seal/gasket.  It may just need a new seal/gasket, but we are not sure.  Manually it spins easily with no problems. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
