Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This source is in Fair cosmetic condition with lots of scuffs/stains from prior use, and light scratches here and there all over.

Notes: This source is in at-least-partial working condition.  We found it is able to give full rated voltage even at low input voltage (275 out from 120 in).  The high and low voltage outputs give variable frequency and voltage, but the waveforms are very noisy at low voltage - about a volt and a half of noise rides on a sine wave. At high voltages this blends in, but at low voltage outputs the noise dominates the signal on our oscilloscope. At low voltage (under a couple of volts), the voltage noise is so prominent that it throws off the frequency reading on our multimeter, causing frequency readings to jump all over the place!   We also found the current meter gives a reading that doesn't match either our kill-a-watt meter or our amp clamp style current meters; we are not sure why.  The knob adjusts, but sometimes it will make a bigger "jump" in adjustment than we wanted, even with slow, smooth turning of the dial.  Further, the voltage output is slightly off, up to about a volt and a half higher than displayed on the meter (about a percent).  The started running faster when we set higher frequencies, even at no load.  We don't trust the current meter on this unit, and the output is noisy so we are offering it for sale AS-IS.
