Condition: Used. This oven is in fair cosmetic condition.  There are several scuffs and scratches outside, with slight residues here and there.  Inside, it looks pretty clean, with minor rub marks.  The label on the oven is peeling.  The vacuum pump has some blemishes in the paint.  The oil in the pump is clear.

Notes: This oven is in mostly-working condition.  It controls temperature well, but the vacuum level only goes to 28" instead of 29.9".  We set 100º and found it overshot about 5º before stabilizing (Good, spec is 7%).  We set 220º and it eventually reached that temperature and held steady.  The EZ-Zone controller can have its PID tuning adjusted to be faster to reach temperature, but tuning is tricky.  The manufacturer's tuning does not overshoot much, but it takes many hours (as the manual says it should) to reach temperature.  The vacuum pump runs relatively quietly, and draws down the vacuum level in the oven quickly.  Ultimate vacuum level in this setup is about 28"Hg (which is a little high, the spec is 29.9").  No other testing was done.
