Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging.  This tester is in fair cosmetic condition, with lots of scuffs/scratches/residues and adhesive labels from prior use.  The side has some heavy etching with the previous owner's location on down to the metal, but hard to see in pictures.  We have several of these, and they all have a lot of similar kinds of cosmetic blemishes.  The labels are damaged, and one has its nameplate sticker missing.  There is paint marker in several places.  The display may have a bunch of little scratches.
Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from pictured unit(s).

Notes: This tester is in PARTIAL working condition.  The battery is dead, and won't charge.  With the included power adapter, the unit will work if you don't bump it.  Bump it, and the power jack comes loose enough to reset power.  We don't have a calibrated torque wrench, but this unit read the same on our screwdriver as another we have in house, pretty repeatably.  No other testing was done.
