Notes: This item was not fully tested since we do not have the proper resources.  It was only power tested.  When power was applied it looked like it went through a self-test toggling through various functions like RAM, Ver, Type, and Address.  After cycling through that information it displayed "No Tool Detected" since no external device was attached to this controller.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
