Condition: Used. This room is in Fair cosmetic condition with scuffs/scratches/marks from prior use and dust in the mechanical parts.  The copper water lines have been cut and cables have been disconnected; An electrician and plumber will be required before this room can be recommissioned.

This came to us with a note on the controller: "Unit appears to be maintaining temperature. Possible dead screen." - we are not sure what this means.

Please NOTE: There is no water chiller in this lot.  You will need to supply your own chiller if you want to have cooling in this environment!
