Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This smoker is in Fair cosmetic condition. There is a strong odor of smoked barbeque even when the door is closed. It is overwhelming when the door is opened. Inside is caked several millimeters thick with residue from prior use. This thing needs a powerful steam cleaning. Also, the outside is heavily scratched and has some dents including to the control panel mounting area. The electronics in the control panel were broken apart and someone tried to repair the display but the unit still does not work. There are no spacers or standoffs for their display repair, and there are no screws for the control panel steel mounting bracket. The casters are gross with buildup and do not roll well. The power plug is a replacement unit and shows evidence of heat damage.
Please note: the labels are illegible. We are guessing from outward appearance and dimensions that this is model SM160, but it could be an older model which preceded the SM160.

Notes: This unit is NOT working. The controller does not power on. We are not sure, but it seems the controller being broken to pieces as part of a previous repair attempt may have been bad for this. The door latches hold securely. The drip cover over the heater does not have a front bracket to hold it up, so it falls down. The wheels roll, but not well or smoothly. No other testing was done.

Final Sale – No Returns

Return Authorization

- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.

Return Requests

- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.

- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
