Description

Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This item is in fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/residues from prior use.  The display had a worn screen protector when we got it, which did a good job keeping the screen free of scratches.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This HMI is in PARTIAL working condition.  It boots without errors, but the display is dim; we had to turn off the room lights to see what was onscreen.  One of the label sindicates a touchscreen capability but the unit does not respond to touch inputs.  No other testing was done. This is being sold AS/IS.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Warranty Information

Final Sale – No Returns

  • Products listed as "No Returns" are sold as-is, with no guarantee of functional status.

Return Authorization

  • If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
  • Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
  • If a return is accepted:
    • The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
    • The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
  • Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

  • Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
    • Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
    • Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
  • Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
    • No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
  • Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
  • Buyers are responsible for:
    • International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
    • Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
  • Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  • Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
  • Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
