Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non original packaging. This printer is in good condition cosmetically with minor scuffs or scratches from previous use. The display chassis is missing and the display module is loose but does not interfere with operation. All the internal mechanisms are in good condition. There is no ribbon, cleaning roller, or power cable included with this printer. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This printer powered on using a test AC power cable. Media was installed in the printer and a test print was initiated. Each test print resulted in a warning "PR-01738 Ribbon Error" message on the display. The card was only printed with the red dye and rejected from the printer. Therefore, this printer is being sold AS/IS for parts and or repair only. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Warranty Information
Final Sale – No Returns

Return Authorization

Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
