Condition: Used. This setup is in nice condition with the usual marks from normal use. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: No testing was performed. Filament assemblies are missing from the two large crucibles. The condition of the filament assembly on the four position hearth is unknown. Hearth positions are labeled nickel, aluminum, and magnesium fluoride. The system was used for optical coatings. The substrate holder and shutters are missing and there is no helium compressor. Please ask questions as needed; we have not run the system.

Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.
- Unauthorized returns of “as-is” products will be made available for return to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
- Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Return Requests

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.

Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
