Condition: Used. This actuator is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from regular industrial use and comes in non-original packaging.  There is one large scuff to the top edge of the enclosure leading us to believe that this actuator was dropped or took a hit from other machinery during its past.  When we opened the enclosure we could see one of the electrical boards was slightly bent and rubbing against one of the internal gears.  We assume that this happened when the actuator was dropped.  We gave it a slight push and bent the board back straight and it now no longer rubs the gear (see photo).

Notes: We wired an on and an off toggle switch to the control board and provided power to the actuator.  We could fully open and close the actuator while pushing the NO and NC switches we had attached.  The motor ran smoothly and quietly.  Additionally, we successfully manually actuated the clutch open and closed and were able to manually actuate by turning the handle.  No additional testing was performed.
