Condition: Used. This system is in Fair cosmetic condition with scuffs/scratches and adhesive label residues from prior use.  There are some heavy rub-marks and scratches in the paint, especially on the back of the cabinet.  The yellow guard and emergency stop switch are loose and can spin easily in place.

Notes: This system is working as far as we can test.  The pneumatics worked fine, with all three exterior stations and the interior pneumatic parts moving when commanded.  When powered on the stages were moving, loading and unloading stations locked and unlocked, raised and lowered their platforms. The illuminators were able to light up at various intensities according to their set points.  We were able to take pictures with the fixed and moving cameras.  The stack lights and alarm all worked.  The larger monitor touchscreen works as expected.  The smaller monitor woke up and gave its splash screen at power-on, but during operation it didn't ever show anything.

The XY linear motion parts inside move easily with light hand pressure when power is off.  When the Ready button was pressed, the motors held their position and wouldn't budge when pushed (because the system was controlling their position).  We were not able to get them to move under power, however, because of a persistent "Air sensor abnormal" error which caused the Homing process to fail.  Even when the pneumatic moving parts worked, the front panel air pressure gauge always showed zero and gave a red light; we are not sure why.  Due to not being homed, when we tried to use the manual controls to move the stages all we got was other errors.  Some minor repairs may be necessary before this unit returns to service.  No other testing was done.
