Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This item is in poor cosmetic condition. The top is dented-in and very heavily scratched with many dings. The power cord has a nick in the insulation where it goes into the rear panel. The power cord panel on the back has a missing screw. Both knobs are missing. The lamp cover on the right side and both thermometers are broken. The wheels have lost their soft coatings. The heater on the left side is missing a clip and is crooked, resting on the floor of the chamber. The legends are gone from the control panels, and the control panels are peeling. The data sticker is illegible. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This item is in PARTIAL working condition. The right side heats to 184ºF when turned up to the maximum. The left side adjustment can't be rotated. The thermometer on the right side was correct within a few degrees as shown. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
- Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Return Requests

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
- Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
