Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This oven is in Fair condition outside, with a missing badge on the top door and worn labels, as well as scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use. Inside is in Poor condition, with LOTS of rust or residues all over. One stone is broken, and there are no other hearths inside. There are no racks to mount the "upper" hearths in each chamber. Lots of exterior cover screws are rusty. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: This oven is in PARTIAL working condition. When we used our 208V main power, The chambers only heated to about 560 and 595 degrees when set to 650. We're unsure if it doesn't work right or if it didn't heat up all the way, due to using 208 instead of 240V. The timers don't work. The outsides get quite warm during high temperature operation. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization
- If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

- If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
- Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
Return Requests
- Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
- Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
- Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.
Shipping and Responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
- Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
- Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
- Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
