This Disconnect Switch is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches from regular industrial use and storage outside of any box.  There is one cutout on the top left of the enclosure and one on the right side bottom.  There is also some caulk stuck to the front door bottom left.  Finally, the throw-arm is slightly bent in but does not affect the ability of the door to open.  Comes in non-original packaging.
