This safety switch is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches from regular industrial use and comes in non-original packaging.  There are 2 cutouts on the bottom of the enclosure and some discoloration from removed stickers on the front door. The rubber handle cover is ripped on the edge.

Notes: We confirmed the functionality of the front door, and the latch, and manually operated the switch on and off successfully.  No additional testing was performed.
