Comes in non-original packaging.  This fixture is in fair cosmetic condition with minor scuffs/scratches and residues from prior use.  There is what looks like a bearing cap on one side, with some rust and silicone residues (see photos)  Note the height/angle adjustment hardware is not included.

Notes: This fixture is in good working condition.  We ran it in both directions at various speeds without any difficulties.  At high-speed there is a noise that repeats once per revolution but we don't feel a vibration during the sound.  There is an odor during operation that will be familiar to any machinist.  No other testing was done.
