Condition: Used. This Braising Pan is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs, scratches, and dings from regular industrial use. The front lower doors are attached and functional but hang at an off angle and bump into the cross piece above the doors. In order to close the doors you must match them up and then push while holding up the crossmember. The electrical line has been cut and there is no plug attached. Comes in non-original packaging. The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.
Notes: As mentioned above this Pan has some dings on it including the above-mentioned issues with the doors. They can be closed relatively simply by matching up the ends while maneuvering the cross member but they do not close nicely without some effort and would benefit from some realignment of the hinges. We wired up this Pan and we were able to actuate the Tilt mechanism all the way up and all the way down smoothly by using the switch control. Additionally, we observed the heating mechanism and indicator light function when the radial dial was turned. We have no way to accurately measure the temperature but it got hot and seemed to function as designed. No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers must notify Dougdeals in writing within this period to initiate a return.
- Returns must be authorized by Dougdeals and include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Authorized returns must be received by Dougdeals within 21 days of return authorization.
Return Shipping and Refunds
- If the return is due to seller error (e.g., wrong item sent, defects not described, inauthenticity), DougDeals will cover the return shipping costs and process a complete refund, including the original shipping charges, within two business days of receiving the returned item.
- If the return is due to buyer error (e.g., wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, found a better price), the buyer is responsible for:
- Safe return shipping.

- Any loss or damage during return transit.

Shipping and Responsibility
