Hewlett Packard 3478A Digital Multimeter DMM 5-1/2 Digit with HP-IB Interface

Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This meter is in fair cosmetic condition.  The unit looks and feels dirty, and has many minor scuffs/stains/spots of residues from prior use.  The front panel has a tape applied with the serial number over the display. That tape is STUCK on there.  This is the "newer" style of unit, with plastic all over.  While supplies last, we also have a couple of the "older" style with metal covers.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: This meter is in good working condition.  The power-on self-test gives a "SELF TEST OK" message.  All the measurements from the front panel inputs on AC and DC volts, AC and DC current, 2-wire and 4-wire ohms were close to what we would get on our reference meter.  The display is clear and easy to read.  No other testing was done.
