Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This counter is in fair cosmetic condition, with minor scuffs/scratches/stains from prior use, and a few dings (mostly around the corners of the plastics). The back has a handwritten X on the Option 010 mark, so we opened the case to see what's inside. At some point, an upgraded timebase with the Agilent 10811-60160 crystal oscillator was fitted.

Notes: This counter is in mostly-working condition. We let it warm up for a couple of hours, then gave it a quick check with our own test equipment and cables (not included). It was able to measure signals from 3GHz to 30Hz. It struggled to find signals under 30Hz on both low-frequency channels. Channels 1 and 2 were both able to read signals in excess of 225 MHz. Power-on self-test passes. The display is not as bright as it should be, but still usable in bright room lighting. We are not a calibration lab and can't guarantee calibration, but this unit was pretty close to the number on our generator.
No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.

Return Authorization

If a return is requested due to seller error, Dougdeals reserves the right to accept or deny the return.

If a return is accepted:
- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

Seller Error: Examples include wrong product sent or inauthenticity.
- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.
Buyer Error: Examples include wrong part ordered, compatibility issues, no longer needed, or found a better price.
- No returns are accepted for buyer error.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
