Condition: For Parts or Not Working. This supply is in Fair cosmetic condition.  The left side of the front panel is broken.  We installed a few extra screws to try to hold it, but the plastic frame of the front panel is broken so it still wiggles quite a lot when pulled.  The voltage knob was able to be pushed in, so we opened the front panel and found two broken plastic retaining clips for the circuit board.  We inserted a couple of screws to hold the board near one of the former clips, so it at least isn't flopping inwardly when the voltage knob is pushed a little.  There are also heavy scuffs and scratches all over, and a bit of the right corner of the face plate is broken off.  The plastic clips to hold the handles are also broken.

Notes: This power supply is in PARTIALLY-working condition.  We verified it gives a voltage output that matches our reference meter pretty well.  The problem is that the current is not steady.  We found the output current changes pretty quickly about +/-0.2A.  The button controls respond as expected to user inputs.  The voltage knob feels a little rough when turned, but both voltage and current knobs produced steady changes when rotated.  The display is clear and easy to read.  No other testing was done.
