Condition: For Parts or Not Working. Comes in non-original packaging. This supply is in fair cosmetic condition, There are scuffs/scratches/adhesive label residues from prior use. There are small rust spots on top from the thing that used to be sitting on this. The plastics around the left side of the front panel are cracked/broken. The knobs are missing but their shafts work fine. Note there is no main power plug installed. The power cable is "secured" by zip ties at the rear panel. The handwritten note on top says "No sirve" (doesn't work).

Notes: This supply is in PARTIAL working condition. We were just about to take a picture at 35V, 60A output, when a powerful smell of acrid electronic magic smoke came out! We shut down immediately. After calming down a bit, we ran the current to 60V at 5V and it smelled normal. We set 35V again and inched up the current, and the smell of smoke came back around 30A. We decided to not tempt fate and push current output any higher. After shutting off the output, voltage falls very slowly, which seems bad. The display is a little low-contrast but easy to read. When asked for errors, it says "0". The keyboard and both knobs work. No other testing was done.

Return Authorization

- The return must include an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- The item must be received within 21 days of return authorization.
Returns received after the 21-day return window will only be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

Return Requests

- Dougdeals may deduct original and return shipping costs from the refund for items found to be accurately described.
- Additional deductions may be applied to cover labor costs for processing returns.

Exclusions and Limitations

Replacement or substitute items may be sent instead of a refund at Dougdeals’ discretion.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when sent and include all components.
Dougdeals reserves the right to deduct costs from refunds for items altered or damaged during shipping.

Shipping and Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for orders shipped internationally or to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.
Buyers are responsible for:
- International and expedited shipping costs, import fees, calibration fees, and testing fees.
- Any loss or damage during transit for shipments arranged by the buyer.
Damage occurring during transit via Dougdeals-arranged third-party services or Dougdeals employee delivery must be noted in writing on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
Failure to note damage voids Dougdeals’ ability to assist with damage claims, and the buyer must seek restitution from the shipping service.
Customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all import-related costs for international shipments are the buyer's responsibility.
