Hewlett Packard HP 8133A 3GHz Pulse Generator with Option 002 Front Panel Ugly

Condition: Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This item is in Fair cosmetic condition.  The worst blemish is that the face plate is falling apart; the adhesive is separating and causing ugly dots and streaks.  The display area was (mostly) cleaned and is easy to read.  There are also some scuffs and stains on the outsides.
The photos show the exact item(s) the buyer will receive.

Notes: We are not able to perform a complete confidence test, but this unit is in Good working condition as far as we could test.  Output amplitude and frequency were accurate according to our oscilloscope.  It was able to modulate Channel 2.  The square wave output is not very square and is on the way to turning into a sine wave at <100MHz.  The pulse width is "close".  The display is bright and easy to read, and the controls responded as expected to user inputs.  The output and output not outputs on the front panel all gave signal.  No other testing was done.
